Mentorship Agreement
This Mentorship Agreement is entered into on [Date] by and between We Guide Learning Initiative and
Mentee’s name for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions of the mentoring
relationship.
Terms and Conditions
Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a framework for the mentoring relationship and to outline
the responsibilities and expectations of both the Mentor and the Mentee.
Prohibited Requests
The Mentee agrees not to request or solicit money, gifts, loans, or any other material resources from the
Mentor at any time during the mentoring relationship.
Violation and Consequences
If the Mentee violates this agreement by requesting money or other material resources from the
Mentor, the Mentee will be immediately blacklisted from the mentoring program and any future
mentoring opportunities provided by the organization.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or professional information shared
during the course of the mentoring relationship.
Duration and Termination
This agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the mentoring relationship. Either party may
terminate the mentoring relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to
the other party.
Acknowledgment
